Shree Niketan Patasala - Mannivakkam West Tambaram requires an enthusiastic and experienced **PGT Economics & Business Studies Teacher** to join our dedicated team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Economics and Business Studies to senior secondary students (grades 11-12)
- Prepare students for board exams through effective teaching strategies, assignments, and assessments.
- Stay updated with current trends in economics and business to provide students with relevant and up-to-date knowledge.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
- Promote a positive and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve teaching practices and student learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Economics, Business Studies, or a related field (mandatory).
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of teaching experience in Economics and Business Studies at the senior secondary level.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate students and foster an engaging learning environment.
- Strong understanding of examination patterns and grading systems.
