**Job Description - PGT Economics**

**Position**: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) - Economics
**Location**: CBSE School
**Experience**: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in handling Classes XI & XII
**Qualification**: Postgraduate in Economics with B.Ed. (mandatory)
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Economics to Classes XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans to enhance student learning.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide feedback.
- Plan and execute interactive activities, case studies, and discussions.
- Guide students in research projects, assignments, and presentations.
- Maintain student records and prepare progress reports.
- Collaborate with other faculty members for curriculum planning and improvement.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Support students in academic counseling and career guidance related to Economics.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to use modern teaching methods and technology in education.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in CBSE-affiliated schools.
- Knowledge of digital teaching tools and e-learning platforms.
- Experience in preparing students for competitive exams related to Economics.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
