A Commi 1 Tandoor role involves specialized preparation and cooking of tandoori dishes, including marinating meats, preparing doughs for naan and roti, and operating the tandoor oven to perfection. Key responsibilities also include maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing inventory, assisting senior chefs with various tasks, and ensuring all food safety and quality standards are met. **Key Responsibilities**
- Tandoor Preparation:Marinate meats and other ingredients for tandoori dishes, prepare dough for bread like naan, and ensure all ingredients are ready for cooking.
- Tandoor Operation:Cook tandoori dishes in the tandoor oven according to established recipes and standards.
- Station Maintenance:Keep the tandoor station clean, organized, and properly sanitized, adhering to high hygiene standards.
- Ingredient Management:Receive deliveries, verify quality and quantity, monitor stock levels, and notify supervisors of low supplies.
- Quality Control:Ensure food is prepared and presented to meet the restaurant's standards and recipes.
- Safety and Sanitation:Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with senior chefs and the culinary team to achieve kitchen goals.

**Skills and Experience**
- Specialized Cuisine Knowledge:Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and techniques for tandoor cooking.
- Cooking Skills:Proficiency in preparing and cooking tandoori specialties such as kebabs, naan, and roti.
- Kitchen Operations:Experience in food preparation, kitchen management, and ensuring food safety standards.
- Physical Stamina:Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks common in a kitchen environment.
- Attention to Detail:Meticulousness in measuring, preparing, and presenting food.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
