**Job brief**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee payment gateway integrations and configurations.
- Monitor payment transactions, resolve disputes, and troubleshoot failed payments.
- Coordinate with banks, payment service providers, and internal teams for smooth payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with security standards like PCI-DSS and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze payment trends, chargebacks, and fraud risks to improve success rates.
- Work with developers to implement new payment methods and optimize payment processes.
- Assist customers with payment-related queries and ensure timely resolutions.
- Generate reports on payment performance, transaction success rates, and reconciliation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in handling online payments, payment gateways, or fintech operations.
- Knowledge of different payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).
- Familiarity with fraud detection, chargeback handling, and payment security standards.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with platforms like Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, PayPal, or similar is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of APIs and payment gateway integrations.
- Knowledge of reconciliation processes and settlement cycles.
- Exposure to fintech, e-commerce, or banking industries.
