Job Role - Java Tech Lead -Secure Payment Systems Job Location -Noida India Experience - 8 Years Job Roles Responsibilities - Design develop and lead teams in building secure payment systems Integrate services with cloud HSMs acquirers and payment gateways Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle Apply design patterns OOP principles to solve complex problems Ensure secure scalable and reliable system design Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies Job Skills Requirements - Education Experience Bachelor s degree in Computer Science 8 years of experience in payment services financial industry Technical Skills Strong expertise in Java Java EE Spring Framework Spring Boot Spring MVC Hands-on with relational databases SQL ORM tools Experience with web frameworks JSF Wicket GWT etc Knowledge of cryptography payment security standards Exposure to cloud platforms and Microservices architecture Familiarity with GitLab and CI CD practices Behavioral Skills Strong communication problem-solving abilities Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams Preferred Nice to Have Relevant industry certifications Experience with large-scale distributed systems Deep understanding of payment services financial domain
