Key Responsibilities

1. Should be able to understand the need of the project and design learning solutions that reflect an understanding of the expected outcomes of the programme, diversity of learners, including contextual and cultural differences that may apply

2. Should be able to write storyboards for a variety of digital asset types - ranging from simple to complex interactivity, story/ song animations(2D/3D), instructor-based live videos, game-based learning interactivity and simulations

3. Should be able to support the design of published (both digital and physical) teaching and learning material like - reference readers and guides, lesson plan and scripts, evaluation tool, reporting dashboards and other collaterals.

4. Should pay attention to UI and UX features in the design of the learning solution.

Desirable:
1. Bachelor’s/ Diploma in Education/ Diploma in ECCE/ Certification in Teaching English (e.g.,TEFL/ CELTA), Certification in Adult Learning

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. 3+years + of experience in Instructional Design

4. Working Experience with the following programme/ software/ environment:
1. Adobe Captivate Articulate 360 OR Storyline and Basic HTML

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
