**Time**: 8.30am - 8.30pm

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain lab equipment, systems, and infrastructure
- Provide technical support to faculty and students during lab sessions
- Monitor usage of lab resources and ensure optimal availability
- Install, configure, and update software as required
- Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware, software, and lab supplies
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the lab environment
- Coordinate with IT and vendors for equipment servicing and upgrades
- Document lab procedures, incidents, and maintenance logs
- Support in conducting workshops, exams, or training sessions held in the lab
- Assist with network and system troubleshooting as needed

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in lab administration or technical support
- **Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)**:

- Good understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems
- Familiarity with lab management procedures and technical documentation.

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Certification in hardware/networking or system administration
- Experience with Linux or Windows server environments
- Exposure to academic or training institution workflows
