What You’ll Do:
As an AssistHealth Healthcare Navigator, you will play a crucial role in guiding our members through the often complex healthcare landscape. You’ll be the friendly, reassuring voice that helps them understand their healthcare options, schedule appointments, and connect with the care they need. Here’s how you’ll help:
Be the go-to resource for our members, answering their healthcare questions and providing the guidance they need.

Navigate healthcare plans: Help members understand their benefits, coverage, and available resources, ensuring they feel confident in their decisions.

Coordinate care: Assist with scheduling appointments, connecting with specialists, and ensuring smooth transitions between healthcare providers.

Offer personalized support: Provide emotional support and encouragement to members throughout their health journey.

Stay organized: Keep accurate and updated member records, and assist with follow-up care.

Collaborate with a compassionate team: Work closely with other healthcare providers, internal teams, and insurance partners to resolve any challenges.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about healthcare and loves to help others. If you have the following skills, you might just be the perfect fit:
Clinical Experience: Preferably a nurse with at least 1 year of clinical experience.

People Skills: You’ve got a gift for building trust and making people feel heard and supported.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and office software to manage and update member information.

Multitasker Extraordinaire: You can juggle multiple tasks with a smile and stay calm under pressure.

Compassionate Listener: You genuinely care about helping people and have a patient, empathetic approach.
