The Healthcare Navigator serves as a vital resource for patients, guiding them through the healthcare system to ensure they receive appropriate services and support. This role involves assisting patients with understanding their healthcare options, navigating insurance processes, and accessing necessary resources to improve their health outcomes.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, social work, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in healthcare navigation, patient advocacy, or a related field is highly desirable.

Familiarity with healthcare systems, insurance processes, and community resources.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in data management and record-keeping.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
