Full job description
- **Manpower Fulfillment**: Arrange Human Resources for vacant positions of Security Guards, House Keeping, Valet, Bouncers, etc.
- **Site Visits and Assessments**:Regularly visit assigned client sites to assess security vulnerabilities, conduct risk analysis, and recommend security improvements.
- **Security Guard Supervision**:Manage and supervise on-site security guards, ensuring they adhere to security protocols, conduct proper patrols, and maintain accurate logs.
- **Incident Response**:Respond to security incidents promptly, including potential threats, emergencies, and disturbances, taking necessary actions to mitigate risks and report to relevant authorities.
- **Access Control**:Monitor and manage access control procedures at client sites, including visitor registration, staff identification checks, and vehicle entry/exit monitoring.
- **Training and Development**:Conduct regular training sessions for security guards on security procedures, emergency response, and client-specific requirements.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing concerns, providing regular updates on security operations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Compliance Management**:Ensure adherence to all local security regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:Prepare detailed incident reports, security assessments, and operational logs, submitting them to the operations manager in a timely manner.
