**Advertisement: Office Administration Role (Female Only)**
We are seeking a **Female Office Administrator** with strong computer knowledge and experience to join our team. The role will require you to manage tender-related documents and ensure timely submission on government portals.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Experience** in Office Administration
- **Fluency** in both English & Gujarati
- Strong **computer knowledge** (MS Office, internet browsing, file uploads)
- Ability to **translate** sentences from English to **Hindi** or **Gujarati**:
- Familiar with **government portals** and document submission processes
- Strong **communication** & **organizational skills**:
- **Attention to detail** and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to **multitask** and handle high-pressure tasks
**Responsibilities**:
- Thoroughly **go through tender documents** and extract required information
- Make a list of **required documents** and ensure all are collected and uploaded in time
- Upload documents accurately to the **government portal**:
- **Translate** sentences or phrases from **English to Hindi** or **Gujarati** as needed for documents
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with government guidelines and deadlines
**Job Details**:
- **Office Timing**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- **Only Female Applicants** will be considered
