**Number of Vacancy**: 01

**Head Office**:Madhyamgram, Kolkata

**Responsibilities**:

- Inbound Call/Chats II Good Communication
- Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Identify customer's needs and convince the customer to buy the product/service
- Gain comprehensive product/service knowledge and clarify information wherever required

**Schedule**:

- Day shift (11:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
- 6 days working

**Weekly off**: Sunday (**Fixed off**)

**Job type**:Full time/Permanent employment

**Salary**: 12k-14 k/month + Incentives

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Should have minimum one year experience in customer service domain
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent phone manner and articulation
- Results-driven and willing to work under pressure
- Analytical thinking with strong math skills
- Age limit: 18-35 Years

**Experience**:0-1 Year

This is a full time Work from home position.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
