**Training Coordinator (Hindi speaking)**

**Location**: Hyderabad, Banjara hills **Job Type**: Full-time

We are looking for a dedicated **Training Coordinator** to join our Home Service team In this role, you will be key in ensuring the phlebotomists are well-prepared and ready to start collecting samples. You'll manage their journey from interview to their very first appointment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Interviewing Phlebotomists**: Conduct initial interviews with prospective phlebotomists to assess their suitability for the role.
- **Training Assignment**: Assign selected phlebotomists to appropriate trainers for their necessary training.
- **Onboarding & Support**: Guide new phlebotomists through the entire onboarding process, ensuring they have all the support needed.
- **First Slot Readiness**: Work closely with new phlebotomists until they successfully complete their first assigned slot.
- **Coordination**: Establish a working relationship with trainers, management, and other teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a coordination, training, or HR role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Clear, standard spoken Hindi (without strong regional dialect influence) and English fluency is a must.**:

- Knowledge of other regional languages (a plus).
- Must live in **Hyderabad** or be willing to relocate.
