As a North Indian Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of North Indian dishes, including appetizers, main courses, desserts, and accompaniments. Your creativity and ability to develop new menu items that reflect authentic North Indian flavors will be highly valued.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook North Indian dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Design and create new menu items that resonate with customer preferences and feedback.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including setting up cooking utensils and equipment, studying recipes, and managing kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and create the restaurant menu.
- Ensure the freshness of ingredients and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Take full responsibility for the kitchen, especially in a cloud kitchen environment.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for North Indian cuisine and a deep understanding of its flavors.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent cooking skills and creativity.
- Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
- Willingness to take ownership of kitchen responsibilities.
