**Open Position - Sales Coordinator** **Location - Noida** **Take Home - 45k-50k** **Experience - 3+ years** **Role & Responsibilities: -** 1. To assist and co-ordinate with the sales team in internal order processing 2. Sending mailers, calling & optimization of other online resources for generating sales enquiry. 3. Preparing sales quotations / proforma invoices for clients and partners. 4. Efficiently responding and handling any online or telephone queries in a professional manner. 5. Co-ordinating for post sales activities like delivery confirmation, installation scheduling, payment follow up & confirmation. 6. Liasoning between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints. 7. Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly. 8. Developing region by generating good revenue in close coordination of the Salesperson. Coordinating with the channel partners. 9. Tender Preparation. **Job Traits**: - Assembling and coordinating for requirements. - Sales coordination, establishing contacts. - Generating revenue, channel business, coordination with the channel partners, developing schedules and assignments. - Mailing, telephonic query handling. **Personality Traits**: - Must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills. - Shall be able to give in house demonstrations. - Shall be able to work fluently on MS Office (word, excel & power point) - Strong in calculations and making different reports. **Perks and Benefits**: 1.
