Develop and execute the brand's social media strategy (owned, earned and paid).
Managing all social media platforms and campaigns.
Grow the social community while fostering high engagement quality.
Identify and source influencers that represent the brand and its values.
Respond to customer questions and feedback.
Collaborate with other teams across the business to support their social media activities.
Identify trends and opportunities to ensure the brand stays relevant.
Ensure that the brand is protected by adhering to company regulations or policies.

1-3 years of experience managing social media accounts.
Proven experience in social media strategy building, campaign management and content creation.
Excellent understanding of how each social platform works.
Ability to identify trends and react quickly to keep the brand relevant.
Demonstrate consistent growth of followers and engagement.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
The ability to work well under pressure, prioritising workload when needed.
A positive attitude, a love of problem-solving and a desire to find solutions.
attention to detail and planning to hit deadlines on time and on budget.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Near Noida Authority, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
