Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, overtime, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Handle statutory compliances such as *PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, and Gratuity*.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records in HRMS/ERP systems.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, reconciliation statements, and MIS reports for management.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for smooth payroll operations.
- Address payroll-related queries from employees and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum *5 years of experience* in payroll management (preferably in manufacturing/têxtile sector).
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll regulations and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HRMS software.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Salary ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month**

Pay: ₹12,701.32 - ₹38,578.69 per month
