We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our team at our Jhagadia, Bharuch location.

Job Role: HR Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities

Manage exit processes including full & final settlements, exit interviews, and documentation

Administer and maintain ESIC, PF, and other statutory compliance-related processes

Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR databases

Support payroll processing with timely input of attendance, leaves, and other relevant data

Coordinate with different departments for effective employee management and communication

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions

Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role preferred

Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools

Must have own bike and laptop for daily operations and travel, if required
