**Job Summary**:
The Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the effluent treatment system to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards. The role involves monitoring plant operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the effective treatment of industrial wastewater.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor ETP equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain records of plant operations, including flow rates, chemical usage, and treatment efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and performance tests on ETP systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of plant equipment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Handle chemical dosing and sludge disposal as per guidelines.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless plant operations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **10th Pass** (Higher qualifications preferred).
- Basic knowledge of wastewater treatment processes.
- Ability to operate and maintain ETP machinery.
- Understanding of environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience in operating and maintaining an Effluent Treatment Plant or similar wastewater treatment systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of chemical handling and treatment processes.

**Work Environment**:

- Manufacturing plant setting with exposure to industrial wastewater treatment processes.
- Requires adherence to safety protocols and environmental guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
