Reports to : ManagerExperience:1-3 Years in Relevant department of Pre Treatment & Paint Shop

Based at : Pithampur

Industry : Sheet Metal Manufacturing

Qualification - Diploma in Paint Technology / Graduate

Job Role / Purpose -To manage Schedule with Quality of Painting / Powder coating Key Technical Skills
- Production ,Team Handling, IATF, Process Planning.

Other Skills - Good Communication Skill, Interpersonal Skill, Employees Relations Exposure

**Responsibilities**:

- Instrumental Knowledge Knowledge of ISO, IATF 16949 Audit and deliverables.

Experience in managing paint shops (Liquid painting, Powder coating & Pre Treatment)

Lab testing knowledge

Composition knowledge

Knowledge of SOP, Standard, Procedure, Work Instruction, Master Sample & Process Sequence

Knowledge of Paint Defects

Monthly planning of Production

Good communication skills and Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders e.g. Engineering, Purchasing, Plant and Supply chain etc.

Monthly/Weekly work review with Team

SalaryUpto
- 3 Lpa

Joining Preferable Immediate or maximum 2 week

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
