**Overview**:
We are a group of companies serving to spectrum of Industries/Govt. PSUs in manufacturing and supply of fire suppression system, Battery Refurbishment services to Indian Railways, Mining industries, etc. We also work with international clients, vendors.
- Conducting market research and taking subscription of tender portals.
- Searching for the right tender, RFP or Bid from different tender portals or other sources.
- Handling, working on **GEM Portal (Govt.E-Marketplace), E-procurement & E-Tender Portal, Railway Tender Portals like IREPS etc.**:

- Identifying risk factors/points in the tender document, BOQ, RFP that are worthy of attention by the company.
- Managing online vendor or other registration on the various portal for tender.
- Preparing all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid.
- Submitting the documents.
- Ensuring that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions;
- Ensuring formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
- Ensuring that tender submissions are standardized in terms of font, logo, etc. and in line with customer's tender requirements.
- Reporting bidding status online/offline on daily basis.
- Preparing Datasheet & maintaining records on regular basis.
- Following up with Vendors/OEM's/departments/clients.
- Liaising with government or private officials to follow-up on potential tenders/schemes
- Liaising with government or private officials for new registrations and regular govt. compliances.
- Preparing MIS Report / competitive bidders comparison sheet
- Attending pre bid/post bid meetings with customers.
- Tracking status of Tenders & offers.
- Execution process of the winning bid.
- Maintaining original documents with respect to the contract.
- Working on multiple proposals, tenders, BQ's of various size and complexity.
- Assisting in the management of data related to the tendering process.
- Generating weekly tender status reports highlighting progress on concerned tenders.
- Following up for payment.

**Work Experience & skills**:

- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously
- Well-developed negotiation skills
- Travel to all over India for attending meetings related to projects/tender
- Well versed with document controlling, proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT, MIS Report
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication.

**Requirements**:

- Experience - Minimum 3 Years
- Experience of working in tenders related industries, IT Industry including Computing,
- Qualification - MBA in relevant field, B.C.A, B.Tech/B.E, M.C.A, M.Tech

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
