**Key Areas of Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To provide hardware and software support for workstation PC’s.
- Finding errors and problem, updates, maintaining and running performance.
- To provide technical support for all users, curriculum and administrative.
- To install new and existing software in existing PC’s.
- To perform complete installations on new PC’s.
- To install, configure and maintain anti-virus software across the network.
- To provide support to users in the use of the Management Information System.
- Field incoming help requests from end users in a courteous manner.
- Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the campus.
- Maintain Documentation of files, folders and inventory.
