**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential bidding opportunities on various online platforms, including freelancing websites, government portals, and private sector platforms.
- Monitor bid websites, tender notifications, and other relevant sources to stay updated about upcoming projects and opportunities.
- Analyze bid requirements and collaborate with internal teams to prepare comprehensive and compelling proposals that meet client needs.
- Customize proposal content to effectively communicate the company's value proposition and capabilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners, ensuring a strong network for bidding opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely bids, adhering to all submission guidelines and deadlines.
- Collaborate with technical and business development teams to gather information required for bid preparation.
- Ensure compliance with all bidding criteria, legal requirements, and technical specifications.
- Maintain a database of bids, proposals, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
- Keep track of industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify new strategies for winning bids.
- Prepare reports and presentations on bidding activities, successes, and challenges for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of successfully bidding and winning projects on various online platforms, including freelancing websites and government portals.
- Strong knowledge of different online bidding platforms and tender portals.
- Familiarity with government tendering processes and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and clear proposals.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and interpret bid requirements and technical specifications.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in online bidding and proposal preparation.
- Demonstrated experience in winning bids for projects of varying scales and industries.
- Previous experience with government tenders and complex bidding processes is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
