**SentientGeeks** is looking for an Online Bidder with seamless communication & writing skills. The primary responsibility of an online bidder is to generate new business opportunities and attract clients through effective communication and proposal submission.

**Experience: 0-2 years in IT industry**

**Applicants must be from West Bengal/Bihar/Odisha/Jharkhand**

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience in software service/product sales through UpWork.
- Research and identify potential clients and projects on various online platforms.
- Analyze client requirements and project details to determine the best-fit opportunities for the company.
- Must have experience with sales of Web and/or Mobile development projects for international clients.
- Submit bids and proposals on various online platforms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skill is a must.
- Engage in discussions with clients to clarify project details, answer questions, and build rapport.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for business development through Upwork, LinkedIn marketing & E-Mail marketing.
- He/ she will be involved in communicating with the clients and achieving the targets.
- Responsible for market research, drafting and rollout of business proposals, lead generation, client interaction, negotiation, follow-ups and also coordination with the technical team.
- They need to understand various types of IT technology.
- Create presentations, slides, and other documents as required for a demonstration to the clients.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with prospective and existing clients.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
