**Job Title**: Logistics Supervisor

**Location**: Vasai east

**Experience Required**: 3-4 years (Furniture / Manufacturing industry preferred)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day logistics operations including transportation, dispatch, and warehousing.
- Lead and coordinate with logistics staff and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Build and maintain strong vendor and transporter relationships to secure best rates and service quality.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of furniture products with mínimal damages.
- Oversee logistics documentation such as challans, invoices, e-way bills, and compliance records.
- Develop cost-saving strategies by optimizing routes, reducing idle time, and negotiating vendor contracts.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Analyze logistics performance, prepare MIS reports, and share insights with management.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in logistics management, preferably in a **furniture / manufacturing sector**.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a small team.
- Excellent knowledge of transport, warehouse management, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP / logistics software and MS Office.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
