**Experience**: 3 to 5 yrs

**Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

**Job Location** : Airoli ,Navi Mumbai.

**Salary Range** : 35K to 45K Gross Monthly.

**Job Summary**:
The Ready-mix Plant Logistics Supervisor oversees all logístical aspects of the ready-mix concrete delivery process, including fleet management, driver supervision, scheduling, and coordination with the production and sales teams. The role ensures that deliveries are made on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Fleet Management**

Oversee the maintenance, availability, and efficient use of the fleet of mixer trucks.

Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, inspected, and compliant with safety regulations.

**2. Scheduling and Dispatching**

Develop and manage daily delivery schedules to optimize the use of resources and ensure timely delivery of ready-mix concrete.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure the availability of products as per the schedule.

**3. Driver Supervision**

Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, delivery protocols, and company policies.

Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for drivers on safety, efficiency, and customer service.

**4. Logistics Optimization**

Analyze and optimize delivery routes to reduce transportation costs and improve delivery times.

Use logistics software and tools to monitor delivery status and adjust plans as necessary.

**5. Customer Coordination**

Work closely with customers to understand their delivery needs and ensure satisfaction with the service provided.

Address any delivery-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

**6. Safety and Compliance**

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Promote a culture of safety within the logistics team and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

**7. Inventory Management**

Coordinate with the plant team to manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.

Ensure that stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand without overproduction.

**_ 8. Reporting and Documentation*:_**

Prepare and maintain accurate records of deliveries, fleet maintenance, and other logistics-related activities.

Generate reports on logistics performance, including delivery times, fleet utilization, and cost analysis.

**Qualifications**

**1. Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

**2. Experience**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or transportation management, preferably in the construction or concrete industry.
- Experience with fleet management and driver supervision.

**3. Skills**
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**4. Physical Requirements**
- Ability to work in a plant environment, including outdoor conditions.
- May require lifting and carrying materials up to [insert weight] pounds.
