**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation & Client Acquisition**:
- Identify new sales opportunities in the Employee transport sector.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, other potential business partners.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate tariff for transportation, or packages.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- **Market Research & Strategy**:
- Keep up to date with the latest travel trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Identify market gaps and work on strategies to position PRR Tours and Cabs ahead of competitors.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback to improve offerings.
- **Promotional Activities**:
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional campaigns and marketing activities to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and travel fairs to build business relationships.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and smooth service delivery.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotions.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the management team.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Additional certifications in Sales or Travel & Tourism are a plus.
- **Experience**:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or transportation industry.
- Prior experience with B2C sales is a plus.
- **Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and understand their travel and transportation needs.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Knowledge of the local tourism and transportation industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- A customer-first attitude and a passion for travel and tourism.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Familiarity with the local and international travel market.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (especially regional or global travel languages) is an advantage.
- Experience with digital marketing or social media promotion.
- Knowledge of tour package customization and pricing strategies.
- Age 26-30 Yrs
