**Job Description**:

- As an Associate2, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

- Invite and give in the moment feedback in a constructive manner.
- Share and collaborate effectively with others.
- Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.
- Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information responsibly.
- Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with developments in area of specialism.
- Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials I produce.
- Build and maintain an internal and external network.

- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualification**:

- Post Graduation should be MBA / PGDM - Finance/Accounts/Tax Specialization
- Under Graduation should be B.Com / BBA / BBM / BMS
- Score Cut Off: 50% across academics (10th, +2, UG, PG)

**Technical skills**:

- Carries at least 2-3 years of UK GMS experience
- Sound understanding of relevant tax concepts
- Preparation of medium to complex Individual Tax compliance work.
- Being able to guide and support new preparers with technical questions
- Drafting communications for Missing Information to assignees/clients
- Keep up-to-date with tax technical / technology developments

**General**:

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to comprehend instructions and take ownership of work entrusted
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
- ** Work Location: Bangalore / Kolkata (Hybrid)**

Additional Information
**Role Description**:

- Attentive participation in training modules for the same
- Responsible for self review of deliverables before handing them to Senior Associate
- Utilize available tax technical resources to enhance international tax knowledge
- Contribute to team discussions and share knowledge for the benefit of the group
- Understand assignment instructions and applies them as directed; seeks guidance when needed
- Understands personal and team roles as well as based on responsibilities and objectives
- Attention to detail, deadline oriented and able to manage time
- Respects and maintains confidentiality of client, staff and firm information
