Tax and Accounting Associate

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare and/or assist in preparation of tax retums, extensions and quarterly estimated tax

payments and other tax compliance, including but not limited to tracking of all compliance

and filing status 2. Prepare and/or assist in creation of documents to support internal external auditors and tax

advisors 3. Ensure timely tax filings and payment remittances including statutory dues

4. Stay current with changes to tax legislation and provide executive summaries of changes to

management 5. Maintain and reconcile tax depreciation and amortization schedules

6. Working knowledge of govemment portals.

7. Maintaining daily records and filing systems 8. Support in all audits and diligence.

9. Ensuring timely execution of other day to day roles in the finance department

10. Work with large data sets and complex spreadsheets.

11. Perform other duties outside the scope of the job description and as required by the reporting manager

Qualifications:
1. Bachelors or Masters in Commerce with at least one year of experience in taxation

2 Knowledge of tax provisions, GST, TDS, IT is must for this role 3. Understanding of Accounting concepts.

4. Validate data and analyse for accuracy and relevance. 5. Produce quality work which adheres to the relevant professional standards.

6. Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information provided.

7. Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, G-suite.

4. Ability to work additional hours as needed.

6. Able to work under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 per year
