**Job Type**: Full-time
**Reports To**: Front Office Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Service Associate to provide outstanding customer service and ensure a pleasant guest experience. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries or complaints, and supporting the front office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates, packages, and promotions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Uphold the highest standards of guest service and hospitality.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Ensure all guest feedback is recorded and communicated to management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree or diploma preferred).
- Previous experience in a customer service or front office role (hotel industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and MS Office.
- Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Fluent in [Insert languages relevant to location, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]

**Working Conditions**:

- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Standing for extended periods during shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
