We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Guest Relations Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for customer service will be essential in ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build rapport with guests and maintain positive relationships.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to guests.
- Resolve guest issues and escalate complaints as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
