Job Title Guest Service Associate Location Baywatch Resort Sernabatim South Goa Job Type Full-time Reports To Front Office Manager Job Summary We are looking for a friendly professional and service-oriented Guest Service Associate to provide outstanding customer service and ensure a pleasant guest experience You will be responsible for welcoming guests handling check-ins and check-outs addressing inquiries or complaints and supporting the front office operations Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints promptly and professionally Provide information about hotel services local attractions and transportation Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates packages and promotions Process payments and maintain accurate billing records Uphold the highest standards of guest service and hospitality Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Ensure all guest feedback is recorded and communicated to management Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent hospitality degree or diploma preferred Previous experience in a customer service or front office role hotel industry preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using hotel management software and MS Office Pleasant personality professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations Fluent in Insert languages relevant to location e g English Hindi etc Working Conditions Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays Standing for extended periods during shifts Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 9209004362
