We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Executive to join our team at Sanda-Retreats.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently manage the booking system, ensuring accurate and timely recording, processing, and confirmation of customer reservations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues, providing information, and maintaining the reservations database.
- Ensure guests have a seamless booking experience from inquiry through confirmation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in reservations or customer service, preferably in hospitality or travel industry.
- Familiarity with reservation software, databases, and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-focused approach with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of attention to detail for accurate reservation data.
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls and reservations simultaneously, particularly during peak periods.
