Reservation Executive

Job Title Reservations Executive Department Sales Marketing Reports to Sales Director Job Summary The Reservations Executive is responsible for efficiently managing the booking system ensuring that customer reservations are accurately recorded processed and confirmed in a timely manner The role includes direct customer interaction resolving issues providing information and maintaining the reservations database The Reservations Executive ensures that guests or customers have a seamless booking experience from the initial inquiry through to the confirmation of their reservations Key Responsibilities Reservation Management Customer Service Coordination Sales Upselling Record Keeping Reporting Skills Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus Experience Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role preferably within the hospitality or travel industry Technical Skills Familiarity with reservation software databases and MS Office applications Excel Word Outlook Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer Service Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Attention to Detail High level of attention to detail to ensure accurate reservation data Multitasking Ability to handle high volumes of calls and reservations simultaneously particularly during peak periods Working Conditions Schedule Full-time may include weekends and holiday shifts Work Environment Office-based Interested candidates kindly contact with your updated CV on 9209004362 Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
