Are you a passionate and experienced Google Drive Expert looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company? Look no further
Our rapidly growing technology company is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team of 50+ employees. As our Google Drive Expert, you will be responsible for organizing and setting up best practices for our Google Drive folders and files for a team of 50+ people.
**As a key member of our team, you will**:
- Review and organize existing Google Drive permissions and folder structures
- Implement best practices for file and folder organization, naming conventions, and access control
- Train and support employees on the proper use of Google Drive, including folder and file organization, permissions, and sharing
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Google Drive setup and best practices
- Stay up to date with new Google Drive features and incorporate them into our setup as needed
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration with other systems
**To excel in this role, you will need**:
- At least 3-5 years of experience with Google Drive administration and permissions
- A strong understanding of Google Drive folder structures, permissions, and access control
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to train and support employees on the use of Google Drive
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
