As part of the Talent Partner Team, you will proactively partner with hiring teams to anticipate their needs and provide strategic direction on creative sourcing campaigns; using leading-edge recruitment tools and branding opportunities to bring top talent to the organization. You will help SOTI continue its unrelenting growth trajectory by acting as a Talent Partner and Advisor.

What you will do
- Identify and source appropriate talent for global roles
- Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, debriefs and offer negotiation
- Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers
- Use social media, job boards and other advertising campaigns to improve SOTI’s employer brand
- Develop and implement recruitment campaigns for passive talent
- Develop digital marketing campaigns
- Develop college and university recruitment programs
- Source, attend and manage follow-up for a variety of recruitment events
- Manage external recruitment firm relationships
- Assist members of People and Culture team with a variety of activities including onboarding, reporting, file management, employment relations and other projects

Experience you will bring
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience
- Provide full support to Hiring Managers during the recruitment process, developing strong working relationships and exceeding our customers’ expectations
- Experience recruiting for Software Development roles is a requirement
- Experience working on high volume of roles and managing multiple priorities
- Highly skilled at managing challenging hiring managers
- Experience with HR administrative tasks in a corporate setting is a strong asset
