- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Collaborate with management to improve processes.
- Track and report production metrics.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in fabrication production.
- Strong leadership, communication, and welding skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of transition alignment and welding techniques.
- Familiarity with fabrication processes and quality standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,372.53 - ₹25,000.00 per month
