Floor Supervisor

**Role Overview**:
The Floor Supervisor will oversee shop-floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow, manpower management, quality output, and safety compliance in the EV production line.

**Key Responsibilities**: - Plan and allocate daily tasks to operators and workers.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with optimal resource utilization.
- Monitor quality at every stage and implement corrective measures when required.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments to resolve issues.
- Enforce 5S practices and workplace discipline.
- Train and guide workers on work instructions, safety protocols, and machine handling.
- Prepare daily production reports and submit to management.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

**Requirements**: - Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering.
- 2-5 years’ supervisory experience in automobile/manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, safety, and quality systems.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle large teams.

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 CTC

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
