**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, service, and maintain a wide range of water treatment and purification systems at customer sites.
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance to ensure system performance and compliance.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions with mínimal downtime.
- Collect water samples for analysis and interpret test results to optimize system performance.
- Provide on-site training and support to customers on system operation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, test results, parts usage, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer service teams to deliver high-quality service.
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed (may require some on-call hours).
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in water treatment service or a related technical field.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Familiarity with water quality testing methods and instrumentation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a variety of environments (indoor/outdoor, confined spaces).
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, sometimes on short notice.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in water treatment (e.g., WQA, state licensing).
- Experience with industrial water systems (e.g., boilers, cooling towers, RO systems).
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems.
