We are seeking a **Technician** to join our dynamic field operations team. The role involves hands-on tasks at customer premises and network sites to install, maintain, and troubleshoot internet, cable, and network services.

This is a **field-based, physically active** role suited for someone who enjoys working outdoors, problem-solving on the go, and directly interacting with customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install and configure internet routers, modems, and Wi-Fi devices at customer locations.
- Pull and route network cables (fiber optic, coaxial, Ethernet) across buildings, terraces, and underground ducts.
- Perform fiber splicing, termination, and testing using relevant tools and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service interruptions and connectivity issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on customer premises and network equipment.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers to explain services, equipment setup, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and service reports.
- Follow company safety guidelines and standards while working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Coordinate with backend teams and network operations center for escalations and updates.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, or Graduate in any field (preferred in Electronics, Networking, or related streams)
- **Experience**: 0-3 years (Freshers with relevant skills are welcome)
- Physically fit and comfortable climbing terraces, poles, and accessing rooftops to pull and install cables.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, router configuration, and IP addressing.
- Experience or willingness to learn fiber optic splicing and testing.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driving license and two-wheeler (preferred).
