Assist customers in the two-wheeler sales process, achieve sales targets, and provide excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Achieving Sales Targets**:

- Meet monthly sales targets set by the company for two-wheeler sales.
- Identify and acquire new customers while retaining existing ones.
- **Customer Service**:

- Understand customers' needs and suggest appropriate vehicles.
- Provide detailed information about models, features, pricing, and financing options.
- Facilitate test drives for potential buyers.
- **Finance and Documentation Support**:

- Help with documentation required for the purchase and registration process.
- **Showroom Operations**:

- Maintain an appealing and organized display of two-wheelers in the showroom.
- Ensure all promotional materials and brochures are readily available for customers.
- **Follow-Up and Lead Management**:

- Follow up on inquiries and leads to convert them into sales.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Stay updated on competitors' products, pricing, and offers.
- Share feedback and suggestions with the team to improve sales strategies.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6 Months of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or two-wheeler industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of financing and loan procedures.
- Proficiency in English, Marathi.
- Enthusiastic, target-driven, and customer-focused.
