**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of all two-wheeler models in the showroom.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by driving customer interest and closing deals.
- **Test Rides**: Arrange and coordinate test rides for customers, ensuring safety and satisfaction.
- **Documentation**: Assist customers with financing options, registration, insurance, and other formalities.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and promotions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- **Showroom Maintenance**: Ensure the two-wheeler display area is always clean, organized, and presentable.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years in sales, preferably in the automobile industry or two-wheeler segment.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheelers and their features.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
- **Other**: Valid two-wheeler license is mandatory.
