**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Management**:

- Assist customers in selecting two-wheelers that meet their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- **Customer Service**:

- Build rapport with customers to foster trust and long-term relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Inventory Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest two-wheeler models, features, and market trends.
- Maintain an understanding of pricing, financing options, and promotions.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure all processes comply with company policies and regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve organizational goals.
- Participate in training sessions and product launches to stay informed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in automobile sales (preferably two-wheelers) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy to manage sales records and reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales are an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MG Road, New Delhi, 110030, New Delhi - 110030, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
