**Position**: Telesales Specialist
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in telesales
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting and selling our products.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to secure sales and meet or exceed set targets.
- Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information obtained during calls.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Handle customer objections and provide solutions that align with their needs.
- Keep up-to-date records of sales interactions, customer details, and outcomes.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven telesales experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to adapt to different customer profiles and tailor the sales approach accordingly.
- Effective time management skills to ensure productivity and call efficiency.
- Positive attitude and resilience in a dynamic sales environment.
