**Job Details**:
**SALARY**: **Rs.10,000-Rs.15,000 + 10% Incentives** (Fixed Percentage per Successful Sale) + Bonus for Extra Effort
**Languages Must**: English / Hindi / Kannada
**Work Timings**: 9:30 am-6:30 pm (Mon-Fri)
Telesales (80%) - Mostly
Client Visit (20%) - Sometimes
**Joining: IMMEDIATE**
- **Key Responsibilities**:
Understanding the goals of the company and developing sales strategies for growth accordingly.
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into business growth.
Selling of Brand Promotion Services, Websites, Digital Marketing, SEO, and other services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
Conduct focused and elegant sales presentations.
Maintaining excellent relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Managing and retaining long-term relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base.
Organising business meetings with prospective clients & demonstrating and presenting services.
Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting client's objectives.
Answer questions from clients about service benefits.
Deliver tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow directions for speedy execution while looking for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Achieve individual sales targets.
Support in implementation of business and company initiatives.
- **Key Qualifications**:
- Looking for Business Development Executives (TeleSales) to work in a start-up culture.
- Any 10th/12th/Graduate/Post-Graduate.
- 1 to 2+ years of business development/sales experience.
- Freshers with a good academic track record can also apply.
- Students who want to do an Internship in Sales can also apply.
- Self-motivated and flexible to work with little supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong relationship management and persuasion skills.
- Enjoy learning to help colleagues and partners embrace and adopt new things.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) with the ability to articulate and sell on value propositions.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:

Mask and Sanitizer are a must while going outside for the Client Meetings.
