**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales pitch**: Present and promote products or services to prospective customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Pipeline management**: Build and manage a sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- **Product knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings, pricing, and features to confidently answer customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- **Customer relationship management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to the company’s overall revenue objectives.
- **Cross-functional collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to align on sales strategies and gather customer feedback.
- **Market research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities to improve sales performance.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of inside sales or relevant experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
