- ? Ensure high quality delivery of service and timely resolution of all member issues.
- ? Ensuring complete and timely data submission from Members.
- ? Conducting training sessions for the employees of Members on Data Formats, Reports, new products etc.
- ? Understanding data capturing mechanism of various products by financial institution and guide them for reporting all

information to the bureau
- ? Liaise with Operations team to ensure data uploaded on time and members communication.
- ? Work with Data Quality team to identify gaps in Member data and work with Members to improve acceptance rate and

completeness of data
- ? Information collation and creation of presentations, MIS and ad-hoc reports.
