**Job Description - AVP Data Science - Data Science & Analytics**

**About the Company**

LiquiLoans (LL) is an RBI-registered NBFC. The LL platform provides consumer loans and has established a strong value proposition in the digital lending space.

It is a well-capitalized NBFC-P2P with a vision to build an easy-to-use financial platform serving millions of customers in India. The company is founded by entrepreneurs who have previously co-founded a successful rental platform "RentoMojo''. LiquiLoans is funded by Matrix Partners and Cred.

Our goal is to allow borrowers to get loans at interest rates cheaper than a bank and enable every lender to give loans to creditworthy individuals in a safe and legal manner. We intend to build a dynamic, completely tech-enabled, loan exchange platform where individuals can lend money to other individuals within minutes. We plan to integrate the new age of data-driven lending strategies and develop an end
- to-end, easy-to-use online spread of financial products and services.

Ours would be a one-stop destination for all our users, from providing credit facilities to offering investment opportunities. We aspire to develop India’s one-of-a-kind, highly liquid interface where an individual can invest, render and take exposure against existing credit employed within minutes

**Job Profile**:
**Role Summary**
- The person in this role is accountable for delivering data science support.
- The person will partner with business teams, to develop and implement models, and data
- science-derived insights that drive strategic priorities.
- Use the power of data to drive robust data science insights.

**Weight-ages**
- Coding (Python and SQL): 40%
- Model development / Model validation: 40%
- Team handling (Multiple junior resources): 20%

**Coding (Python and SQL) & Model development / Model validation**
- Develop models / validate models / implement the models in a production environment
- Familiarity with a wide array of generally used models in regression/ classification.

Knowledge and implementation skills of both - supervised/unsupervised learning.
- Generate regular reports and automate the existing reports

**Team handing**

**Work with teams to provide analytical solutions to meet regular as well as ad-hoc requirements**
- Supply side - Work with teams to predict the cash inflow and commission
- Demand side - Work with teams to predict the cash outflows and pricing
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and develop data-driven solutions. Translate business objectives into data and analytics solutions and translate results into business insights.

**Qualifications**
- Education - BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MBA
- Programming languages/software - python, R, SQL, Excel
- Experience
- 1. Database management, report automation, model implementation

2. Automated Excel reports in SQL and Python

3. Developed, validated, and implemented machine learning models.

**Experience range**
- 4-6+ years

**Location**
- Mumbai

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
