Bim Coordinator

**Role Description1. Drawing Review & Coordination**:

- Review and analyze **civil engineering drawings**, including **underground utilities, drainage, and sewage networks**.
- Ensure that **BIM models align with civil and infrastructure design requirements**.
- Identify and resolve **clashes between different utility networks** using clash detection tools.

**2. BIM Modeling & Infrastructure Development**:

- Develop **detailed and precise 3D BIM models** for **roads, drainage, sewage, and other civil infrastructure**.
- Generate **profiles, cross-sections, and utility layouts** based on point cloud and survey data.
- Maintain and update **BIM models** throughout the project lifecycle.

**3. Coordination with Stakeholders**:

- Work closely with **civil engineers, surveyors, and infrastructure planners** to ensure BIM accuracy.
- Conduct **BIM coordination meetings** with project teams, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with **Saudi Arabian standards and international BIM protocols**.

**4. Quality Control & BIM Standards Compliance**:

- Implement **QA/QC procedures** for civil BIM models and infrastructure drawings.
- Ensure compliance with **BIM standards** (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, or local Saudi BIM requirements).
- Develop and enforce **BIM execution plans (BEPs) and project workflows**.

**5 Software Proficiency**:

- Expertise in **Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Navisworks, and AutoCAD**.
- Experience with **GIS integration and geospatial data** within BIM workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in **BIM for infrastructure and civil projects**.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.
- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in **BIM for civil projects, including underground utilities and drainage**.
- Strong knowledge of **stormwater drainage, sewage systems, and road networks**.
- Experience in **BIM model review, clash detection, and coordination**.
- Advanced expertise in **Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Navisworks, and AutoCAD**.
- Familiarity with **Saudi Arabian BIM standards and infrastructure regulations**.
- Strong **analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail**.
- BIM certification (e.g., **Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit or Civil 3D**) is a plus.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
