  • Maintain and control BIM-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the flow of information and documentation between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Manage and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) for BIM projects (e.g., Autodesk BIM 360, ACC, Aconex).
  • Ensure proper document version control and maintain revision histories of BIM models, drawings, and specifications.
  • Support BIM Coordinators and Project Engineers with the organization and validation of BIM files and metadata.
  • Conduct audits and checks to ensure correct file naming, structure, and compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
  • Distribute documentation (models, drawings, RFI responses, technical submittals) to relevant project stakeholders promptly.
  • Assist in setting up workflows and document templates as per FMCG project standards.
  • Archive final project documentation as per project close-out requirements.
